EmmaHBPM is ideal for medication titration, because you can see all measurements clearly on your dashboard. As soon as enough valid measurements have been taken, you will receive a notification and you can start titration. After each set period you can consult with the patient remotely and, if necessary, adjust the medication. This makes setup much faster. Moreover, the patient no longer needs to make an appointment to come to the practice. After the medication has been set up correctly, you and your patient can switch to Monitoring.
You agree with your patient that he or she will take a weekly measurement periodically (eg every month). Once you and your patient have set up a schedule within your web dashboard, Emma will send your patient reminders to start measuring. You can view the progress of your patient over a longer period of time. You can also receive notifications when the results of the weekly measurement deviate from the values you have set. In this way you can offer “on-demand” care that suits the patient

In the coming period we will cancel the shipping costs. For example, the blood pressure monitors can be sent to patients at a low cost and they do not have to collect them from the GP. In this way we try to limit the risk of contamination for you and the patients.
