Medicine Men has developed mobile self-management and telemonitoring applications since 2013. Through our Viduet platform, the patient can collect and share health data with his formal and informal caregivers. While patients are very important consumers of the Emma platform, our main customers are hospitals and general practitioner practices. Different types of healthcare professionals can use the Emma platform to digitize the care paths of their patients. Within these digital care paths, we provide patients with the newest technologies, like connected measurement devices, to collect relevant health data.The Viduet platform can be used for many different syndromes and provides the framework for successful interventions for COPD, Hypertension, Diabetes, COVID-19 and more.
Our company is growing fast. More and more professional caregivers started using our services and the demand of care organizations for the Emma platform is rising. Consequently, we are looking for possibilities to implement our services in Germany. Before we do so, we need to know more about this market. We hope you can help us to gain these insights.
Market research (desk research and interviews) into the German market for telemonitoring and teletreatment by General Practitioners and specific care paths (heart failure, hypertension, COPD)
We would like you start as soon as possible. Estimated project duration is 3 months.
You work independent from your home or at the Medical Valley office in Erlangen. You do desk research to answer the larger market questions and to prepare for interviews. Assisted by Medical Valley staff you arrange for online interviews with stakeholders, including GP’s and their staff and representatives of health insurers and/or government agencies.
You will be coached remotely from The Netherlands and you will have regular contact with your company mentor during the research.
You submit an interim report, a draft final report and a final report, accompanied by figures and tables. An online session in which you present your results to our team and medical valley will conclude the assignment.
We are interested in someone who is highly motivated and who has clear communication skills (also in writing). We are looking for someone who could start as soon as possible.
